What's up, guys?
I'm writing to you from the Ukraine - the Heart of the Europe.
Yesterday, I have flown from Munich to the biggest airport in Western Ukraine, situated in Lviv. This city can be surely called the touristic capital of Ukraine. Rich artistic style and architecture, special character of inhabitants, and fascinating smell of the coffee from the coffeehouses create an unique spirit of antiquity.
I stayed in the Dnister hotel. The staff is very pleasent. I have good experience about this night. In the morning, I decided not to participate excursions, 'cause I wanted to see the real life of the town, and not to be herded in crowds of tourists. I had a few walks across the paved streets, saw many interesting places and people, tasted native cuisine. I had a dinner in the canteen "Puzata Hata (Fat House)" I tried vareniki, borsch, and local coffee.
Now i'm sitting on the viewpoint on the highest place of Lviv - Castle Mountain. After some rest, I'll continue my wandering. Stay tuned for new posts!
